Presenting the watch that Bulova should have built

 THE ACCUTRON ASTROVIEW

This is an Astronaut / Spaceview hybrid, the result of which is the creation of a truly unique timepiece.

To date, only a handful of these,
unique pieces have been created. Each has been custom built from a fully restored Astronaut.

The center of an original Astronaut dial is cut away to reveal the 214 movement.
The degree of precision required to accomplish this without removing any of the Astronaut markings, is what makes the final product so remarkable, and so rare. The long, and exacting machining process requires the use of a custom built fixture, which is mounted on a milling machine. The machine setup includes the use of two microscopes, and a high precision digital readout.
