This
lovely watch has been cleaned and serviced. It is otherwise in as-found
condition.
Occasionally, I acquire a 214 that is just too nice to mess with, and this is
definitely one of them.
The bezel
has been lightly polished, leaving the crisp edges intact.
The inside surfaces of the lugs are undamaged.
The hands are excellent.
The dial is excellent.
The original M1(1961) nickel plated movement is in excellent condition.
The crystal is new.
The back cover, setting stem, and battery hatch have been lightly polished.
The stainless steel threaded lock ring has been buffed.
The engraving reads: "BULOVA" - "18K" - "WATERPROOF" - "PATENTED" - "D11110" - "M1".
The engraving is crisp, and the watch is not personalized.

The lightly used brown 1960's Bulova band
is marked "Genuine Alligator Lizard".
The tuning fork logo buckle is marked "Bulova" - 1/20 10K G.F.
This
watch will fit up to an 8 inch circumference wrist.
The original case, like the
watch, is in near-new condition.
Few owners kept the original outer cardboard
box, and most of the ones that were saved are in lousy condition, but this one
is about an 8 on a scale of 10 (10 being new).
This handsome timepiece has been fully serviced. The movement has been ultrasonically cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted to work perfectly and keep accurate time with a readily available #387S or #394 1.5v silver oxide battery.
