I purchased my Spaceview Accutron at the Ships Store while serving in the Navy aboard the USS Enterprise (CVAN-65) either in 1967 or 68. The date code is M6. I've worn it continuously since its purchase. The serial # is B04014. It has been repaired several times but wouldn't take anything for it. Just a comment from a very satisfied owner glwhiddon.1@juno.com

Just acquired a Accutron 214 which belonged to my great uncle. It is a 14K gold round case with scalloped lugs, and on the bottom of the second hand is shaped like a tuning fork. The watch band is also 14K gold. Shows M1 on the back. Unfortunately, the battery was left in the watch... The dial has spots that are slightly discolored. Could this be from the battery leaking somehow into the face of the watch? My email address is trish.merritt@sbcglobal.net Thank you.

I have a Bulova Accutron that belonged to my father. It has an 18k Heavy Gold Electroplate Bezel and a 10k Rolled Gold Plate back. It has a N0 date code and a C72231 code at the bottom on the back. The band is a braided metal gold color bracelet. The crown is located at the 4 o'clock position. The dial doesn't have any numbers, but has large blocks at 12, 3, 6 and 9 position with minor marks at the other hour locations. Can someone provide me with additional information on this watch? I think the date codes means it was made in 1970, but I don't know anything else about the watch. Thanks.

I bought a 1978 Accutron watch that has stopped. I has a new battery installed in it and it ran for a couple of months and stopped. It has a crown and a little push button right under the crown on the case. The watch looks brand new. It was 25 year award. It has a 10kgf back and a 10k filled fancy flex band. It has a big case 1 5/16 in dia. It had N8 on the back. I wonder if anyone knows the model? And I know parts are no longer available but if it is broken, can anyone suggest someone to repair it?

I own a Bulova watch that a jeweler has informed me needs to have the coil replaced. I am attempting first find the exact style, and information on the watch, and then proceed to having proper repair done. The watch style fits the Spaceview style, but I am unable to find it in the Bulova archives. The watch is Gold with a round pearl dial with date. The dial is in the spaceview style with gold /laminated hands. "Accutron" is in gold raised letters at the top (middle) and the Accutron mark is at the bottom. On the back of the watch is stamped: Bulova -Patented -14kt Gold filled case -waterproof. In the bottom center are the serial numbers F14845, and below that in smaller type is stamped MB. If anyone could help with Any Information on this inherited heirloom, it will be greatly appreciated! I have researched throughout the Bulova website to no avail. My email is ejgriffin@wichita.edu Thank you.

I recently purchased an Accutron, used with no band with hopes of starting a collection... however it seems that my new watch needs some repairs, reguardless I have scoured the internet unsuccessfully looking for any indication of which model my Accutron is. Here is what I have to work with. The backing is stamped -BULOVA 14KT. GOLD CASE N9-, the dial is gold in color, there is no second hand -whether it has been removed or was just not included is beyond me- and perhaps, the most distinctive feature is the Ten-Sided case. ANY help with identifying this model or locating resources to do so would be greatly appreciated. Please send any response to myotheralterego@gmail.com

Additional comment: I was mistaken in my earlier post, the case is actually twelve sided and the dial reads -Accutron Quartz Swiss 7105- Thanks again

I've got a really early Accutron m0 with serial number 113800. This is the earliest number I've seen posted on the net. There's a little star, the it reads "Stainless steel, 14k inlay" Under the pop-up adjusting stem it reads "waterproof, patented, 113800 m0" The case is gold in color, 34mm wide, perfectly round with hour markers (only the 12 is numbered) and then minute markes, one for every minute. The family friend who gave it to me years ago said it was a special order from Gumps, in San Francisco. Does anyone have any ideas on this? I've not seen a case that matches, but the dial matches that of the Alpha. phredless@aol.com

HI, i have a accutron rr218-0, dated m7, serial number c73903. the screw back is marked...waterproof bulova stainless steel case patented. this watch is running and keeping time. the case and crystal are in excellent condition, and the crown is the original tuning fork crown. the dial as well is in "as new" condition with no sign of flaws, and is marked "swiss" below the 6 o'clock position. the dial is marked from 0-11 on the outer portion and 12-23 on the inner. watch is also eqipped with a date window at 3 o'clock. the unique aspect of this unit is the presence of a 2nd, orange, "time zone" hour hand. less than 5% or railroad accutrons possessed this feature making it a very rare timepiece. the watch has no band. the same watch (minus 2nd hour hand) in similar condition has sold online for 575.00usd. i have yet to see another WITH this 2nd hour hand. anyone that may have quetions or comments can reach me at jansgreatgoods@hotmail.com

I have a brand new Bulova Accutron Astronaut with the black and white bezel, stainless steel band & backing. This I am told is a rare watch and part of a "Championship Series". This watch has never been worn, still has the original casing and box. Price tag on it was $175. Can you tell me how many of these they made and what the value of this watch is? Also, does the value vary according to the serial number listing and if so how? Thanks so much.

I am trying to find the model number of a Bulova Accutron watch made about 10 to 15 years ago. This watch had a round face and had an elongated window at the top of the face at the 12 position from which was displayed the day of the week. The date (of the month) was displayed elsewhere (probably at 3 position. This particular model had a black face, metal around the face was two-tone gold/silver and a bracelet-type band which I believe was also two-toned. If I remember correctly, the model number may have ended with the letter B, but can't remember for sure. If anyone is familiar with this model, please get back with me. Thanks very much, vidente5555@sbcglobal.net Dave in Kansas City

I have an Accutron watch and I need a little information for my own records. It is a 10KT back plate and gold bezel. It is marked "N4" which I am assuming is "1974" production model. It has a serial # of I124500 and has numerals around the dial, has a day/date window and a seconds sweeper hand and small luminous dots underneath each numeral on the dial. I have searched every Accutron website and GOOGLE images and have seen nothing like it. There are watches with very similar cases and most, if not all have the indice markers or roman numerals. This watch has standard "number" numerals. Is it worth alot? That is not of concern; what is of concern (for me) is that it seems to be an extremely rare dial face perhaps? Please help if possible.P.S.If it is a rare model, I would be happy to submit a picture of it for your archives.kblackburn@bikemine.com

Hello, my wife's grandmother was moving from her house of many years. While go through boxes my wife found a blue Bulova box and inside is a working Bulova watch that was her late grandfathers. The back says Bulova M3 G647817. Any info would be appreciated. danperk@insight.rr.com

I have an Accutron watch that was my grandfather's and I'm trying to find out how much it's worth. I believe it's a 214 model and the code on the back is m6 and it has a 10k gold filled bezel. It is in good condition. There is also another number on the back. It's I432774 jodykays@yahoo.com
